Project overview
Located in Epsom, we constructed a luxurious two-storey duplex which includes double garaging for both homes. This premium build offers spacious rooms and versatile living areas across multiple floors, meeting the highest standards of comfort and style.
The original home on the property was a big part of the family history, so it was important to the owner that it remained intact. It was sold to a building-removals specialist and in 2015 relocated to a small town in the Waikato, where it remains today.
The challenge & specification
Two new townhouses of solid concrete construction, including floors and walls, were built on the site.
Each home features four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a double internal garage and a curved internal stairwell, finished with quality fittings and appliances.
