Project overview
This project blends luxury and functionality, creating a timeless space that's as beautiful as it is practical. What began as an alteration and reclad turned into a full refurbishment — a complete structural upgrade with both exterior and internal rebuild.
Custom joinery runs throughout with Caesarstone and all-new flooring, elevating the heart of the home with bespoke craftsmanship. Elaborate detail inside and out required genuinely skilled workmanship, and the home is futureproofed with smart wiring throughout.
The challenge & specification
Omega Construction removed all of the internal walls and strengthened the home with structural steel beams to create a large open-plan living space that extends the length of the structure.
Only the highest-quality fittings were used and the home is fully automated, with extensive use of louvres to direct natural light — a high-quality-detail build where no expense was spared.
